🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LUXIERRA INTERNATIONAL, we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in every transaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our services.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted only within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible once the order is processed, packed, or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, email us at sales@luxierraproduct.com or call us at +91 97209 77111 with your order details.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellations for:
- Perishable or personal-use products (e.g., beauty products after opening, items with hygiene seal broken)
- Items on discount, sale, or promotional offers
- Orders made during seasonal clearance or flash sales
📦 Return & Replacement Policy
We accept return/replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Product is different from what was ordered or shown online
- Packaging is tampered at the time of delivery (with proof)
All such issues must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
You may be asked to share photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item for verification.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons. If the item is defective or wrong, a replacement will be initiated after validation.
💰 Refund Policy
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days through the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Order canceled before shipping
- Item returned due to defect/damage
- Product out of stock after payment
- Duplicate payment
Refund Mode:
- UPI/Card/Netbanking: Refunded to same account
- COD: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll be asked to share details)
📦 Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., ordered wrong item), return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
🧾 For Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For items covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the brand directly. LUXIERRA INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for third-party warranties.
